This bug captures adding voting to the site and to the video detail page as described in wireframe page 5,6.

- Voting Requires Login
- Share is Added To Voting Flow
- Voting State Displayed Via Icon On Page

Craig: FYI for the frontend portion of this, we also need to determine how to message the user in the event of an error.

Given that there are a few ways around the site this can happen, I'd recommend we figure out a site-wide way to show that an error has occurred, perhaps a red bar at the top of the page that slides down? We can come up with a generic message with recommendations that the user try again and then email us.
