On setting up payments:

* Upload an app
* Go to Compatability and Payments
* Click Add or Manage Payment Accounts
* Fill out form
* Click Submit

Waiting message appears, error in console appears, no request comes into solitude.

Added a new payment account - there were no existing ones:

I can't repro this on -dev either. Using both an account with payments setup and an account without.

Are there any further steps to reproduce to be able to get this error consistently?

I can get through this on Fx22. I'm going to chalk this up to just being one of those days for me. Thanks for taking look people.
