If something fails in Bango's payment flow, the only way we'll be able to tell is if we track orphaned transactions -- those that have been started but never reached a resolution. We should track a pending transaction count in statsd. This won't be foolproof and won't give much detail but should give us (Mozilla) an idea when users in production are hitting a wide spread error.
