Also on older builds, both win98 and Win2k

Please look at the attached screenshot for a clear explanation.  I have viewed
this at http://www.foxnews.com and http://www.nhl.com here and there with
different builds.

This is a duplicate of Bug 88580
I'm not sure.  It's definitely similar, but those lines are wrapping...just too far.

The lines in my bug are not wrapping whatsoever, losing content on the edge of
the screen.
I have confirmed this on lots of pages, in any build
On cbs.com was the last one. Evangelism?
I dont know. Someone decide what to do with this one

Here's the problem : 

It is definitively related to bug #88584 - but this one provides additional info.

Bug #88584 tells us : A table containing a rowspanning cell and an explicit
named width in the cell renders incorrectly
This bug tells us : A table containing a rowspanning cell and an explicit named
width in an image renders incorrectly.

Look at the source of the attachement, in the second case the image has no
defined width and ...
Great work! Marking dependencie for now, marking NEW unless they decide to dupe
this one
