886994 - Unable to load any settings panels in B2G desktop

When I try to load any settings panels on the latest mozilla-central b2g desktop build I see a white screen.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download B2G desktop from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/b2g/nightly/2013-06-25-03-14-14-mozilla-central/b2g-25.0a1.multi.mac64.dmg
2. Launch B2G desktop
3. Dismiss first time usage app
4. Launch Settings app
5. Scroll to and click any option that has a sub-panel (for example Language)

Expected:
Sub-panel contents are displayed

Actual:
White screen is displayed (see attached screenshot)

I have replicated this with the Error Console and saw no errors.

Evelyn, fixing this will unlock the integration testing for Settings app.

This has been fixed at some point as it's working for me in the latest B2G desktop nightly build.
