Thanks Mathieu! I added them both on https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/discovery/modules, but I only see the Featured one on https://addons-dev.allizom.org

Amy: I think it's because the 'privacy' collection doesn't seem to exist (or is empty?) for the user 'mozilla' on -dev. https://addons-dev.allizom.org/fr/firefox/collections/mozilla/privacy/ is 404, and https://addons-dev.allizom.org/fr/firefox/collections/mozilla/featured-add-ons/ exists.
