Expected: Bango should begin payment by asking to confirm your number
Actual: it shows an error about an invalid billing config ID

is this the same as bug 848528? I'm not sure how that one was resolved

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=877366 BILLING_CONFIGURATION_TIMEOUT is now enabled on test. Seems that Solitude has a 30 min timeout - so you might want to change the value to 1800.

I set the timeout in sync with our own transaction timeout https://github.com/mozilla/solitude/commit/809edb30feb3eccc5f7e5c456310f2bf3b9a92af

see bug 877366 for a scenario where a transaction expires before it hits Mozilla's success handler
