Can there be an option to disable popups for failed connections. I put in a
firewall that would drop packets from spyware sites and I find it annoying that
it pops up a message for every failed connection

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set up a firewall to drop packets sent to and received from doubleclick.net
domain
2. access dilbert.com
3.
judging by other dups there, this too is a dup of bug 28586. And it's definately
a dup of bug 70084 and bug 82947 - both dups of bug 28586)

I think i saw an RFE about 'one alert per unconnectable url' - can't find it
again. There is also related RFE bug 33469

Marking dup of bug 28586.
