Desktop subtopics that don't work
The sidebar for desktop and Android articles includes old subtopics. These links all come up 404 when clicked. We should remove them so that the sidebar only shows the main topics (like the topic and subtopic pages).

Landed fix on master:
https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/commit/0c1399e9f722afe13517b0a1f0ef32ce62a995fd
We weren't filtering out subtopics.

Deployed to prod and the subtopics are gone from the sidebar.
