Disclaimer: I'm filing this bug at 1am, so maybe my addled brain missing something obvious, but...
There were a few reports Tuesday afternoon (2013-06-25) of devs getting timeouts when submitting apps, but then they started going through.
One of these apps was Napster (425692), which I looked up via the lookup tool and see that there indeed has been a new update, but I don't see it in any of the review queues.

The app is there and public. Not sure. Celery - our task queue manager - was wonking out last week. I don't know - reopen if you see this again. Thanks!

Thanks for including the app ID. Napster is showing for me as "disabled by user". Which is why it doesn't show up in any queues when normally, you're right, it would/should be in the updates queue.
If an app is "disabled by user", should we surface that in the reviewer page?

Ahh, so looks like this is a weird workflow thing then. If someone uploads a new version for a delisted app, shouldn't the assumption be that the developer wants that new version reviewed? Either that, or it should be clear that they have to take additional action to re-list the app.

I'd vote for the latter. Do you want to re-purpose this bug or log anew for the feature request?
