Details

Using the "Manage services" screen if you disable then reenable a service that service will be broken. For example:

1. install cliqz <https://mozsocial.cliqz.com/>
2. Go to "Manage Services"
3. Click "Disable" For Cliqz
4. Click "Enable" For Cliqz
5. In the provider icon menu choose "Turn on Cliqz"
6. You get the error "Nightly is unable to connect with Cliqz right now"

Fixing the problem requires restarting Firefox.

We found it on version 25, and are uncertain about previous versions.
Same regression range as bug 887210, so duped.
