User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/27.0.1453.116 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
1. go to http://www.w3.org/2010/05/video/mediaevents.html
2. open a console.
run: var v = document.getElementById('video');
v.playbackRate = 0.5; // works
// now do:
v.playbackRate = 1; // doesn't work
v.playbackRate = 1.00001 // works.
Actual results:
Setting the playback rate to 1, doesn't work.
This is bug 825329. It'll be fixed in Firefox 23.
