User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/27.0.1453.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

accepted instalation of upgrade to 17.0.7
closed 17.0.6 ( which was working fine)
reopened as 17.0.7
tried to  send email
tried to receive email



Actual results:

connections to any email server times out


Expected results:

successful connection

Quite possibly a firewall issue.
Please give the exact error message.

you are right!
the weird thing is that  Norton 360 was NOT running.... as soon as I launched it, problem solved.
not a TB bug, and wfm per reporter's comment 2
