When I scroll the bookmarks window with the scrolling thumb, as opposed to the 
up/down arrows, I can get it to hang very easily.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Press Ctrl-B to "Manage Bookmarks"
3. In bookmarks window, scroll the window up/down a couple of times using the 
scrollbar thumb (not the up/down arrows).

Actual Results:  After scrolling down and up just a couple of times, it almost 
always freezes Mozilla.

When it gets into this state, it's using all available CPU, and adding about 16k 
of memory every second.

Expected Results:  Normal scrolling behavior.
