User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/21.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130511120803 Steps to reproduce: Reinstalled Norton 360 and Firefox 21. Deleted the extensions files and restarted Firefox. Ran Norton LiveUpdate repeatedly. Confirmed that the Norton Toolbar is installed. Actual results: The Norton 360 Toolbar is still not listed in Firefox. Expected results: Norton Toolbar should be listed in Firefox under Tools->Add-Ons->Extensions, but nothing is listed there.
