Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Marketplace 2. Search for a paid app that can be purchased with Credit card 3. Click to purchase 4. Enter PIN 5. Enter Credit Card information correctly NOTE: The Credit Card owner was contacted about this and the credit limit was verified and it is about 1500 USD at the moment of testing. Actual results: The error message is displayed as follow: “There are insufficient funds to buy this app.” Expected results: The purchase should be done without any error.

If the credit card company is returning a decline, here isn't a huge amount for us to do here. Like the nice clear user message.
