Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate http://www.jslet.com/zh-cn/demo/dataset/finddata.html
2. Right click on cell "101" of  column "ID";
3. Chose "Inspect Element";
4. Focus on any TH element of  <thead> section;


Actual results:

The bottom border width of th element is 1 and its height is -1


Expected results:

The bottom border width of th element is 0 and its height is 0
