Details

Recently ICC has a significant change in system app, and cause some regressions like Bug 886810. I hope to have one or more unit tests for it before this kind of change occurs.

I've done some ICC settings for runtime customization, so I might be the right guy for write these unit tests :/
alive said it will be separate from system app, so pending this unittest

Actually the plan is ... no plan. In this stage this won't happen, because we don't know the mechanism to launch STK app when device is booted.
