Updates are not being received for Here Maps

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130620160852
2) Open Here Maps
3) Tap on 'About'
4) View what version is listed
5) Tap on Home screen
6) Open Marketplace
7) In search field write 'Here Maps' and press enter
8) Tap on Here Maps
9) Scroll down half way thru page and view what version is listed
10) Notice no update button

Actual:
There is no notification for user to update Here Maps

Expected:
Every time there is an update on Here Maps user receives a notification to update application
