Steps to reproduce:

Using FFv22 I copied text to clipboard so that my TTS Reader would read.


Actual results:

The TTS software started stuttering not completing even a single word.


Expected results:

It should have read the word or phrase once and then stopped.  It seems as if though FF22 was looping the copy command. Rolled back to v21 and it works fine.
This seems very similar to another bug. Going to dupe this bug to it. Follow that bug and comment there if you have anything new to add.
