List items look like a big block of text

When you view an article with the mobile template, the items in the related articles and related questions have no distinction between each other (no bullets or spaces or something else). They just look like one big block of text. This makes them difficult to read and difficult to select an individual item.

We should make each item appear separate from the others.
Need some css tweakage. 1pt

I still see the old behavior on all of my mobile devices.
Yeah, the change was applied to the desktop CSS instead of mobile CSS. I reopened to pull for Shuhao to fix:
