As of Gecko 22, nsIFaviconService is officially deprecated -- let's move the deprecation messages directly in methods currently using this, or replace with mozIAsyncFavicons where possible. Will fix Fennec tests and fennec deprecation messages https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/XPCOM_Interface_Reference/nsIFaviconService
This is redundant as its only used in the already deprecated io/data
