Description:
Long-tapping the S key on an english keyboard will not show the dollar sign, instead showing the Ş symbol.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130625070217
2) Ensure the Keyboard is set to English by going to Settings -> Keyboard and checking the English field in the Keyboard layout section.
3) Tap the Home button then launch Messaging.
4) Tap the New Message button then the message textbox.
5) Tap and hold the S key and observe the special characters that appear.

Actual:
The special characters are Ś, Š and Ş.

Expected:
The special characters are Ś, Š and $.

Update the English keyboard layout to show '$' instead of 'Ș' as alternative for 'S' (i.e. caps lock on) when long tapping the 'S' key.
