Actual results:
Firefox crashed even in safe mode
Expected results:
Firefox should not crash

Please type about:crashes in the location bar and provide the crash ID (bp-...).

Have you tried Windows 7 safe mode and then started Firefox ? Let us know what happens then.

Hi, The crash was coming for one of our clients. They have uninstalled and re-installed firefox and now the crash is not occurring, maybe some file was corrupted or something. I will update this issue again if crash occurs along with crash ID.
