Feedly now has a web-based app (http://cloud.feedly.com) and we should look into support for adding feed subscriptions to the Feedly service.

Currently could.feedly.com loads an "Android App" landing page when viewing from an Android device. We might need to move forward with some way to add a subscription using the native Feedly app, or wait for a mobile web friendly "add subscription" page.

We'll keep investigating and will update this bug.
