Should we include the "Your browser is in great shape…" tip? Makes sense to show it considering that the other tips need not always appear. Would be reassuring for users…
Summary: 'all's well → 'all's well' tip for FHR for Android
We do not want to be showing 'Looks like your Firefox is brand new! Check back after using Firefox for a while.' all the time, even when the user is actually using Firefox a lot.
