888481 - New mysql dbs for witness.mozilla.org on generic phx1

I need six dbs for the new site "witness.mozilla.org". It will run on the generic web cluster at phx1. I need two rw and ro for dev, stage, and prod. There are no special requirements. Thanks.

Eric - that sounds like 3 dbs - one for dev, stage and prod - and 2 users each (ro and rw), so 6 users total. Am I interpreting properly?

 Yes, what you said. I was slightly confused on our db infrastructure. I think I was getting postgres named schemas confused with mysql. Apologies.

Sorry to bug again, but I also need ro users for dev and stage. In addition to that, the host ip's break down like this: 

prod: 10.8.81.91-95
stage: 10.8.81.191-121
dev: 10.8.81.119

I wasn't sure what kind of information I would need to supply, but it makes sense that I should actually give you the ip's lol. Sorry for the hassle.

Your connections should be aiming at the VIPs for generic and dev, not the server directly. The IP ranges I specified in the grants are for the VIPs.

Can you check to make sure the prod ones work, then I can grant ro/rw on dev/stage?

It looks like I won't actually need a ro user, so the current setup should be fine as is. I went and tested rw on prod and it works. If there are changes I'll let you know.
