It will be nice to have a flag to shorten the warm-up period, i.e. have a --ion-eager equivalent but for sequential ion.

Those commits seem to be referencing the wrong bug.

They were intended for bug 888533 I believe.

Closing this since our transitive compilation model is pretty much as close to eager as we can get anyways; I'm not sure that adding this flag will add value for tests.
