From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.2) Gecko/20010628 BuildID: 2001062815 This started when I discovered a formatting anomoly on an IBM download page. While creating a reduced test case, I ran into a problem with returning to the test case page with the back button. The test case is at: http://www.ksu.edu/test/mozilla/left-right.html Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. View test case 2. Right-click on an image and select "View Image". 3. Press the back button to return to the test case. The black box images are in different locations. There are three bugs described in the test case. The first two I presume are really manifestations of the same problem, and are described in but 88864. I don't think quirks mode really affects this bug. It changes the position of the images as described in bug 88864, but the redisplay anomolies are not changed by the quirk/standard mode. For completeness, a test case file with a DOCTYPE to put Mozilla into standard mode is at: http://www.ksu.edu/test/mozilla/left-right-standardmode.html
Confirming issue in the July 2nd build (2001070203).

WORKSFORME Moz2002091404 win98 can anyone still reproduce the problem?
I agree that the bugs reported here are fixed and this bug should be closed as fixed. I'll try to do that, but I'm not sure if I can. I'm the original reporter, but I'm not sure that confers the privilege on me. For what it is worth, some of the bugs still did exist as recently as Netscape 7.0 and Mozilla 1.1b. But in 1.2a it all looks OK to me. It doesn't sound like anyone was working directly on this bug, but fixed it as part of fixing another bug.
