Steps to reproduce:
* Turn wi-fi and cellular data off
* Open the browser
* Type in any URL you haven’t visited before
* The "Offline mode" notification screen appears, with Android styling
Expected result:
The screen should be styled like a Firefox OS page, with the right font, button style and color scheme.
