The tooltips for hovered links are way too wide.
The attached screenshot shows the newtab page's enable/disable button. My mouse hovers over it (cursor not shown in screenshot) and the tooltip is being shown.
As you can see it is much too wide the for the text it contains.
This erroneous behavior shows only for links in web pages, *not* for menu items, tabs, bookmarks etc.

Even though the screenshot in bug 957396 looks a bit different than mine, I have not seen this behavior for a while. Let's resolve this one and file again if it re-appears.
