Steps to reproduce:

In a profile with Sync enabled, visit Options > Sync.


Actual results:

I cannot set what to sync


Expected results:

Sync options should be visible and able to select

Last good Nightly: 2013-06-29
First bad Nightly: 2013-06-30

Note:
Other functions about Sync display properly. It seems that I can also sync data to my Firefox for android.

Confirmed on Mac OS 10.7/10.8.
Confirmed on Fedora 18 with a 64bit build.
From the sync logs, it does appear that all collections are being synced by default...
The patch in bug 888787 will fix this as well.
