steps to reproduce:

1. Start the MP Stage application. 
2. Search for a paid application which can be purchased by carrier billing. 
3. Select buy. 
4. Enter pin.
5. Notice the error message

expected behavior:

The payment should go through and the application should be installed. 

observed behavior:

The payment fails to go through with the error message "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later"

This issue occurs on MP stage. All pricepoints which accept carrier billing are affected.

Kumar the region is durango
Is this on Multi sims? Have you hit the 150zt limit? Can you add the numbers (MSISDNs) and times of the tests so I can get this traced in the morning

This occurred on multiple T-mobile-pl sim cards and we were no where near the limit today on either sim.

I have to reattempted to purchase price tier 2 on both sim cards in the last few minutes (11:15 BST). The phone numbers I have here are 787633833 & 787649449.

When you reattempted did it pass or fail? I assume fail
It failed with the same error message as before as stated in this bug.
