Perú requires Cost Control functionality for v1.1 and has provided the config info needed. Very low risk, just including the new config file. All features already supported.

Unfortunately, there is no Peru SIMs here in Madrid and it seems there is no roaming for prepaid users so impossible to check if really working or not.

As said on comment #1 cannot test this, only had the chance of trying with a ES and UK sims and see that is not breaking anything.
