Open the bookmarks menu. Move the mouse wheel up and down. Actual results: Nothing. Expected results: The menu should scroll. This problem only appears to have started happening in Nightly 25.0a1 (2013-07-02)

Hi I'm not facing this problem. Try to Disable your hardware accelerator and check it out.. Are you using AMD Processor?

Could be Windows-specific. I'm running in a VM right now, will test outside the VM later today. Ivy Bridge i7, GeForce 650m Latest Aurora is unaffected.
Mac is affected for me too. You need to use the Bookmarks menu in the toolbar, not the main menu.
