Description: "Unlock your SIM to enable Usage" - notification text is too long when it is localized to Portuguese, the user is unable to read entire message Repro Steps: 1) Updated to Leo Build 20130701070213 2) Set device to Portuguese 3) Lock the SIM (Settings -> SIM security -> Create SIM PIN -> attempt to change using wrong PIN) 4) Reboot device 5) Pull down notification bar 6) Observe locked SIM notification Actual: The text is too long, the user is unable to read entire message Expected: Short sentence that fits the screen Environmental Variables Gecko: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-b2g18/rev/15923aca6e6d Gaia: c7472acec84f0d4527cdd6fd555d289e1d3e1d1d Platform Version: 18.0 Notes: See attached screenshot
