User Story:
As a user when I am surfing the web, the Firefox OS browser should feel responsive/snappy when I pan around a web page, when I double tap on text to zoom in/out, when I pinch to zoom in/out, and when I tap on any link so that I am able to easily view my content.
Benchmark stats to define "responsive/snappy":
*X ms response time when double tapping to zoom in/out
*X ms lag when pinch to zoom in/out
*% consistency when tapping on any web link
