We have this here: https://webmakers.etherpad.mozilla.org/ReleasePlanMakerParty2013 (scroll down) but the links are to staging servers that no longer work. update these and ideally create a new, unique etherpad link.
Updated and created a new pad here: https://webmakers.etherpad.mozilla.org/tutorialInstructions I also linked the previous wiki to the new one, so people can find it. Let me know if this is sufficient and we can close this.
