I'm trying to change my LDAP password in response to the warnings about it expiring, but I get the following: Some Errors Have Occured Password change failed for an unknown reason. Are you trying to reuse an old password? I've tried a couple of passwords, and they are not the same as any I've used before.

Jon still seeing the issue ? Can I reset your password to see if it helps ?
(In reply to Ludovic Hirlimann [:Usul] from comment #1) It's still not working. I already got my password reset, and it didn't help.

Are you trying at least a 12 character password with at least 2 of the following: upper case, lower case, symbols, numbers ?
(In reply to Justin Dow [:jabba] from comment #4) Yes I am. If I don't do this, it tells me straight away that this is the problem and doesn't let me submit the form.
(In reply to Jon Coppeard (:jonco) from comment #5) Ok, after trying several similar passwords (but not the same) I tried something completely different and it finally let me change it. So I'm confused as to what the problem is - maybe there are some other restrictions on passwords that aren't talked about on the page? Anyway since I got my password changed I'll close this bug.
