this bug also makes it impossible to compact offline news msg stores, since that
mechanism uses offline msg body copying. I'm still investigating - we're not
getting to the code that reads the msg body from the offline store.

Copying a downloaded news message to a local folder works as expected.
  -while online
  -while offline
  -using either 'copying method': Message |Copy Message
                                  Right click a message and Select 'Copy to'
