Basically what the summary says: If we delete (spammy) users we don't want to clean up their (spammy) reviews manually so they should be deleted right when the account gets deleted.

I don't. I don't even know whether I'm able or even allowed to. I was just cleaning up flagged spammy reviews from an already deleted user. Andrew should know.

I don't think we even have a way to delete users on Marketplace! https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=901783 touches on some of the missing functionality.
