* Reproduce Steps
1. Create a contact with phone number ex:(800)772-1234
2. Go to message and try to send a MMS to the contact.

* Expected Result
message can be sent.

* Actual Result
message cannot be sent.
Summary: Unable to send MMS to the contact number saved with parentheses. → [MMS] Unable to send MMS to the contact number saved with parentheses.
We should normalize the receiver's phone number before sending. Sounds like a Gecko issue.
