The last iteration of the icon for the Unsent Messages folder is not transparent.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mail/News
2. In any account or the local folders, highlight the Unsent Messages Folder


Actual Results:  The icon is in a white square, obviously because it is not
transparent.

Expected Results:  The icon should appear transparent, just like every other
folder icon.

The same issue on build 2001070921; Linux. Please, change OS to "All"

Any reports for Mac? (to change platform as well!)

I just verified on the Mac and windows 98 (branch builds: 2001-07-13-03-0.9.2), 
it seems working fine now. Perhaps it accidently fixed.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Mail/News
2. In local folders, highlight the Unsent Messages Folder.

Actual result: The icon should appear transparent, just like every other
folder icon. I don't see the icon is in a white square any more.

Changing resolution to FIXED. Seems fine in Win98 / 2001-07-14-08-trunk.
