Pretty simple STRs:
1. add any SC clip to the media gallery, I used: https://soundcloud.com/2bit_rampage/zelda-theme-song-rampage-remix
2. add it to the timeline.
3. wait for it to load.
Expected: should load, and make the play button clickable.
Actual: once loaded, the clip begins to play. You cannot stop it at this point.
Not sure if this is a regression on our end, or a change in the SC api, but I'll find out.

Wanted to point out it doesn't stop in any way when deleting the clip either.

Confirmed this is in the wrapper and not sequencer/popcorn.
