890352 - Hide the Full Screen button from the customization palette on Mac

Mac puts a Full Screen button in the upper-right of the window, making any similar buttons in Firefox seem redundant.

(This bug predates Australis.  But it will require special consideration for Australis, where the Full Screen button is part of the default set of 9 buttons, which has a nice visual balance.)

This is not true for 10.6 as the OS X fullscreen change was in Lion (10.7).

10.6 will probably exit security support by the time we ship anything.

We should at least take the Full Screen button out of the default set on Mac, IMO.

I believe we should not do this. Having a different layout on mac only seems weird, I'm not convinced of the harm of having this button, and I don't think there's an obvious candidate for which button to put there instead. I'd like to wontfix, but asking for UX input by virtue of Madhava just to be sure.

We didn't change this for the release and probably shouldn't do so now.
However, that menu item could be brought to better use if we had an actual fullscreen mode (no toolbars) on Mac. I created bug 1016361 to deal with this.
