Actual results:

I started to receive new e-mail notification,( sound, blue mail account name, and notification icon in the taskbar, but no popup ) but there is no new message / calendar /anything in the account.
The account is with gmail, but from 5 accountof mine 2 is gmail but just one of then is broken.
Also If this not valid notification came up, and then I hit check for new mail, then it's disappears, and came back after the first sync.
Severity: normal → minor
For clarity:

Issue:

He has 5 email accounts. Three are a custom/his domain, two are Gmail. One Gmail account works fine, the other doesn't.

All of a sudden, he'll get a notification sound, the account text will become blue, and will receive a notification in the taskbar (But no popup). However, when he checks for email there is nothing there. No calendar updates, or anything else.

If he clicks on the "Get Mail" message, the blue text will disappear making everything seem normal, but a little later the issue will happen again.

Marking as Window Front End for now.
Component: Untriaged → Mail Window Front End
Severity: minor → normal
Summary: Notification about an not existing new e-mail → Notification about a non-existing message
This could be related to Gmail turning on support for IMAP "CONDSTORE" a little while ago. Can you try turning off CONDSTORE support and see if the problem goes away?

Go into Options / Advanced / General and select "Config Editor"; right click anywhere in that window and select "New / Boolean", and enter "mail.server.default.use_condstore" as the preference name; check that the preference gets created with the value 'false'.
