Expected results: correct pdf should have happen. attached file renders correctly in chrome, ie, adobe pdf reader

first of all: i must say sorry to you all. attached pdf file has been generated with modified apache fop and just fixed bug in my modification (thx to Loic for pasting pdf.js errors). so, everything is fine with pdf viewer, pebcac ;] sorry for wasteing your time
