Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the MP.
2. Search for pricetier 120.
3. Attempt to buy the app.
Actual results:
Notice the error message "Price point unavailable for this region or carrier".
Expected results:
The user is able to buy pricetier 120 with a cc payment
