Details

Initial load of address book is not a parity with Communicator

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Netscape 6.1
In "Tasks" select "address book"

expected response: address book with contacts loads quickly - at Communicator parity
actual response: address book opens sluggishly

Reproducable: Always
Duplicate of "Startup time for Address Book window is 1 second slower than 4.6"
