[Contact] When there are contacts imported from outlook, each time opening Contact app or using "select contact" function in Message app for example, it will show contacts with prefix "E" first, then back to "A" after about 4 seconds.

There are 2 video files, you can check 20130708_112355_onlySDcard.mp4 first for case with only SD card contact imported. Then watch 20130708_113607_withOutlook.mp4 that when outlook contact is imported, it will show "E" prefix contacts first, then slowly show all from "A" prefix contacts.
